2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as needed.

3. User Roles

The Service supports several participant roles, each with specific responsibilities:

• Brokers: manage clients, request territory checks, access training and certifications, and receive assigned leads.
• Franchisors: maintain franchise listings, respond to territory and registration requests, and submit listing updates for review.
• Financing vendors: publish vendor information and respond to financing inquiries.
• Clients: engage with brokers and franchisors during the franchise exploration and acquisition process.
• Administrators: manage users, listings, lead programs, and platform-wide settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the accuracy of information you submit.
• Submit or distribute inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent lead or franchise information.
• Harvest, scrape, or collect contact information of other users for purposes outside the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its security features.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service without authorization.

5. Leads & Lead Programs

Lead purchases, delivery schedules, and broker assignments are administered as defined in the applicable lead program. We do not guarantee specific conversion outcomes or results from any lead, and we are not a party to any subsequent agreement between a broker and a prospective franchise candidate.

6. Listings & Content

Franchisors and vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and content. We may review, edit, approve, reject, or remove any listing or content at our discretion, and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a license to host, display, and use it solely to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any lead, listing, or match will result in a successful transaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
